Spring 2025 student sublet near Tufts

Hey folks, I am graduating this semester and I am hoping to sublet my room from the 1st of January to the end of May. The apartment is located right next to Hill Hall and Lane Hall (if you are familiar with the Tufts Campus) and is about a five-minute walk from the green line T stop. The location makes it pretty easy to get to anything on the upper campus (<5 minute walk), and also relatively quick to get to the library and the gym (~5-6 minute walk for each). The apartment itself is the bottom unit of the house at 7 University Avenue and has a parking space, 4 bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half-bathroom (no shower), a kitchen, a large closet space for luggage, and a basement that is currently being turned into a living room/study space. The bedroom is furnished with a desk, a rug, and a full-sized bed, and also has a large closet for storage. All of my housemates are sweet, quiet, and tidy, which is always a plus.
