Spring 2025 student sublet near Tufts

Looking for a subletter from January 1 to May 31, 2025; definitely willing to negotiate a lower price! This is a one-unit house with 6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, right next to the Tufts campus (about a five minute walk from Campus Center) and less than a 15 minute walk from the Green Line! Free laundry/dryer and water included. Furniture will be provided for the room, including a desk, chair, full-sized bed + mattress, nightstand, and a closet with drawers inside. There are also two other rooms available to sublet in the house if you want to bring up to 2 friends!
