Spring 2025 student sublet near Tufts

Looking for a subletter from January 1st - August 31st (May is fine too!). The unit is on the second floor located in a clean and quiet neighborhood which is a 10 minute walk away from Tufts campus and the Tufts Green Line stop. 5 minute walk to Tasty Cafe and Danish Pastry House. The room is fully furnished with a queen mattress and bed frame, electric standing desk, bean bag, mini fridge, IKEA malm dresser, closet, window AC unit, and space heater. The unit comes with a driveway parking spot and in-unit laundry. Current housemates include four 4th year undergrads, one female identifying and three male identifying.
