Summer 2025 student sublet near Tufts

*Price Negotiable* Hi, I am a Tufts 3rd-year student looking for a subletter over the summer. This is a recently renovated 4-bedroom unit with 1 bathroom, furnished living room, kitchen, and backyard. I am looking to sublet anytime around May 15th to August 26th, and the exact time frame is flexible. There will be 1 other person living in the house who is on the lease, and the 2 other bedrooms are not being subletted. The house is a 4 minute walk to Tufts Campus Center, and a 10 minute walk to either Davis/Red Line or Green Line. Utilities not included.
