Summer 2025 student sublet near Tufts

Hi! I'm a rising senior looking for a subletter for Spring 2025. You can contact me here or at [owen.rutenberg@tufts.edu] I'm subletting my room at $750.00 + no utilities, and I currently pay $1,000 with utilities. Price is negotiable! IMPORTANT the reduced rent is due to the bed frame and the mattress currently being stored in the basement. It may be a difficult move, and the bed frame would require reassembly. It is a single room with its own balcony. The unit has 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, though over the summer, only two other people will be living there. The housemates are all other college students.
