Spring 2026 student sublet near Tufts

Hello! We are looking for a female housemate for spring semester 2026. This super cute 4 bed, 2 bath unit is only one street off the Tufts campus! It is just down the street from the Tsungming Tu Complex, a 5 min walk to the Green Line, an 8 min walk to Davis Square, and is a 2 minute walk to Memorial Steps, Granoff/Aidekman, and the track/football field. It has a brand new living room, kitchen, and bathroom which were just remodeled this summer (and will be fully furnished by the spring). The unit has its own washer and dryer in the basement and the other three housemates are very kind and respectful. Please reach out if interested :)
