Spring 2026 student sublet near Tufts

Welcome to 300 Boston Ave! I'm subletting my room in Spring 2026 and would love to have you! Our unit is the third floor, so extremely quiet (no upstairs neighbors). There are three other roommates, two men and one woman, all juniors at Tufts, and all wonderful people. In your room there is air conditioning, lots of storage, and privacy. We have free laundry in the basement, do not pay for water, and are a two minute walk from campus. The convenient location to campus, as well as the gym (10 minute walk), makes it a very accessible apartment whether you drive, walk, or bike around! Located on Boston Ave, we are about a minute walk away from various cafes and restaurants (including Tasty and Tamper) and the Campus Mini Mart in case you need anything at any time of day!
