Spring 2026 student sublet near UMD

I’m looking to sublease my Varsity College Park 4x4E unit from January to July 2026. It’s just a 1 minute walk to UMD’s North Campus. It is the closest apartment building to that side of campus. The gym is on the same floor, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. The unit comes fully furnished with a bed, two dressers, a nightstand, a work desk, and a chair. You’ll be sharing the apartment with three friendly roommates, all CS and CE majors at UMD. The apartment itself is above Looney’s, but the unit is on the complete opposite side, so you won’t hear any bar noise. If you like going out, it’s still super convenient being nearby.
