Spring 2026 student sublet near Tufts

Hello! I am a Tufts junior looking to sublet my room for spring 2026. The rent is normally $1250 but I have reduced it to $950. The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk to the Tufts Campus Center. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and access to both a washer and dryer. The room I am subletting is about 105 square feet, with a spacious closet and furnishings provided. The kitchen and living room are both quite spacious and there is a porch at the front of the house. Another one of my housemates is looking for a spring sublettor so two rooms are available! High preference for a female-identifying Tufts undergrad and grad student. Thanks!
