Hi! My name is Maddie and I am a junior at Tufts looking to sublet my room to an undergraduate/graduate student while I am abroad for Spring 2026. I have loved living here this semester as there is so much natural light & a layout that truly feels like a home! :) Room available for Spring 2026 - January 1, 2026 to June 1 OR* August 31 (*whichever is preferred by tenant as I live close by) in 3 bed / 1 bath unit - Furnished - 11’4” x 9’2” - Closet space - Free parking space available - Utilities (Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, gas stove, A/C window unit…) - 7 minute walk from Tufts campus center - 9 minute walk to Stop & Shop, 15 minute walk to Whole Foods (or 3 minute drive to either)
