I’m looking to sublease 1 private bedroom in my fully furnished 4-bed / 2-bath apartment on the 13th floor at University View for the 2026–2027 school year (with the option to start summer 2026 as well). Only two rooms will be occupied next year, so you would have a private bedroom and your own bathroom/shower area — very spacious and great for privacy. You can also lease with a friend and take both available rooms. My current roommates are super sweet, friendly, and love meeting new people!
