Summer 2026 student sublet near UMD

Hi! I’m looking to sublease 1 private bedroom in my fully furnished 4-bed / 2-bath apartment on the 13th floor at University View for the 2026–2027 school year (with the option to start summer 2026 as well). Only two rooms will be occupied next year, so you would have a private bedroom and your own bathroom/shower area — very spacious and great for privacy. You can also lease with a friend and take both available rooms. My current roommates are super sweet, friendly, and love meeting new people! Rent: ~$1200/month including all fees and amenities Looking for: female students Fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, couch, etc.) In-unit laundry Building amenities: gym, pool, outdoor recreational area, study rooms, secure entry, package lockers Location: North Campus — walkable to classes, restaurants, and shops I’ve loved living here — it’s spacious, quiet, and the views are amazing.
