Summer 2026 student sublet near Tufts

This is a beautiful 4 bed 1 bath apartment with 2 other incredibly kind and responsible roommates! (One room will be empty for the summer, with ocasional drop ins). The room being subletted receives tons of natural light, is decorated with beautiful vintage furniture, and is very spacious as well! This room comes with a closet and a queen bed as well. The apartment has a large and cozy living room with a sofa, armchair, dining table, tv and WiFi! The kitchen has all of the basic appliances and more, like a stove, oven, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, plates, utensils, etc! The unit also has free in-unit laundry and a basement. Occasionally, when the one roommate who is gone for 90% of the summer drops in, she might bring her cute cat named Phoebe (on the lease), so you must be okay with this :) please reach out if you have any questions!
