Summer 2026 student sublet near Tufts

Oversized, spacious room in a large, recently renovated 4 bed 1 bath apartment with a newly renovated kitchen, living room, and fully operating free laundry room in the basement. Wood floors, granite countertops, and a driveway with 2 available parking spots. Not yet complete with furniture but we will begin furnishing in May and early June. The apartment is approximately 6 minutes walking to the center of Tufts Campus and is located directly behind Carmichael dining hall. Walking distance (<10 minutes) to Boston Avenue, Davis Square, Teele Square, and all Tufts facilities including the gym. Right near the MBTA Green line at Medford/Tufts and also close to the Red line at Davis. It's located in a quiet and comfortable residential neighborhood known for its beautiful sunset views ('Sunset Road'). Although it's a 4-bed apartment, over the summer only one of my Tufts roommates will be living there, who's great. Rent is $1325 per month, not including utilities.
