Summer 2026 student sublet near Tufts

Hi! I'm looking to sublet my room for the summer (female only!) The room is fully furnished, very spacious, and located on the 3rd floor, so it feels much more quiet and private than most student housing. It also comes with a private bathroom separate from the other floor’s bathrooms, plus a small common area upstairs. The room has pretty much everything you’d need to comfortably live in right away — bed, closet, drawers, mirror, sofa, desk, table, lights, and more. The house has 6 rooms total (4 on the 2nd floor and 2 on the 3rd floor), though many housemates will be away during summer break, so the house will likely feel very calm and uncrowded.
