Spring 2027 student sublet near Tufts

Subletting my room for spring semester while I’m studying abroad in Madrid. January 1 through May 25, 2027. The room is fully furnished: bed, desk, dresser, TV, and its own AC unit. It’s a five-bedroom, one-bath first-floor apartment in a two-family house near Powder House Square. Full kitchen with a dishwasher, free washer and dryer in the building, and driveway parking. Walk times: 5 minutes to Tufts campus, 10 to Davis Square and the Red Line, 15 to the Green Line. Stop & Shop is 5 minutes, Whole Foods about 15. You’d be living with four guys — three Tufts juniors and a grad student who works at MGH. Rent: $1,180/month including utilities. First month’s rent at signing, no security deposit.
