Spring 2027 student sublet near UMD

Spring/ Summer 2027 Sublease at Terrapin Row! Private bedroom and bathroom in a fully furnished D3 apartment in Building 1! I am looking to sublease my unit for the upcoming spring semester, preferably to a woman! Rent is $1200/month but both the price and sublease dates are negotiable! You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. I live with friendly and clean roommates. The room comes with a desk, dresser, closet, and I have a personal nightstand and lamp I am looking to give away. The living room comes with a TV, Nintendo switch, washer/dryer, and a dining room table. The kitchen comes with a oven, dishwasher, sink, stove, and toaster. We are very close to the fully equipped private gym that has free weights, machines, stair masters, treadmills, and a yoga studio equipped with peloton bikes. Right in the courtyard there is a pool, grill, and a volleyball net for hanging out with your friends. Being in building one, dunkin is right across from the building, and the spot (sushi and poke restaurant) is right next door. We are located very close to campus, making the walk to class manageable.
