Place is right by Thayer St (less than 2 min walk to the CVS on Thayer and all the restaurants there). Also has more or less its own bathroom because it's the only bedroom on the first floor (which has two bathrooms). Great privacy because it's on its own floor and it's right next to the living room and main kitchen (another kitchen on third floor). Newly renovated and very nice house. Laundry in basement. 2-4 other housemates for the summer, early 20s, very respectful (we have a great chore/roommate culture).
