Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming year (starting August 1st), but I’m also open to someone who just needs housing for Spring 2027. The apartment is on the 5th floor of Spanish Towers and is super close to campus and really convenient. It has a newly renovated kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer, which is a huge plus! There is also a gorgeous, private roof top patio with a view of the flatirons! You’d be living with three other girls, so I’m looking for a female subletter.
