I’m offering an OFFICIAL sublease of my bedroom in a 3x3 at Village Green Apartments for 3 months: May, June and July 2026.

✅ Shared living room, kitchen and laundry with 2 roommates
✅ Great for summer interns, remote workers or anyone needing a short-term stay
✅ Close to NC State and on the Wolfline bus route
📅 Dates: May 1st – July 31st, 2026 (some flexibility).
***There is also the possibility to stay longer by signing a new lease directly with the leasing office.
💵 Monthly rate: approx. $930/month
This is an sublease through the Village Green leasing office.
The new resident must:
1) Apply through the leasing office
2) Sign the required paperwork with them
Rent is paid directly to the property, not to me.
