Student sublets near University of Minnesota, Twin Cities

This house is a five-minute walk to the Macalester College campus in Saint Paul. Looking for all students in the Twin Cities area. Everyone who is currently living in the house is a Macalester student. The rent is all-inclusive except for wifi. The house is mostly furnished as well. We are also flexible regarding timing for moving in and out.

Como area, 8 min drive to campus, 5 min walk to bus stop that takes you right to campus. In unit laundry and dryer, outdoor parking spot behind the house, utilities not included (usually $70-100), 3 male roommates, house comes furnished, own bedroom and share bathroom with one other roommate.
